Kids Yoga - The Coconut Club style

Looking for a relaxed yet playful session filled with movement, breathing, mindfulness, and fun? In our Coconut Kids Yoga Workshops, we combine yoga postures with coaching exercises and mindfulness moments — all designed to help children relax, explore, and grow. No yoga experience needed — just a soft, comfy outfit!

What to expect for the kids

  • A calm welcome: arriving in their body, connecting with their breath, feeling safe and grounded.

  • Yoga poses that match their imagination — strong as a tree, flexible as a reed, letting go like a falling leaf.

  • Mindfulness moments: simple breathing techniques and body awareness to help them feel what’s going on inside.

  • Coaching circle: a short conversation about what’s on their mind — a thought, feeling, or something they’d like to let go of. (Sharing is always optional!)

  • Gentle closing: lying down under a blanket, listening to soft music, and — for those who like it — a mini head massage for extra relaxation.

After our popular series of yoga classes, it was time for a bit more: the Coconut Workshop was born. A bit of yoga, combined with a hint of coaching. Completed with a touch of mindfulness. ♥

We teach kids that they don’t have to believe everything they think.

That they can stand at the gate of their inner world and have the power to choose which thoughts to welcome, and which thoughts to keep outside. The goal of this workshop is to go a bit deeper and to enrich the kids with a dose of self-confidence, resilience and life wisdom. A beautiful combination of body and mind work for that happy balance.

1. Where are the workshops held?

Sukha Yoga Studio (Ceintuurbaan 243)

2. Are parents present during the workshop?

These workshops are designed specifically for the kids.
Just like in our coaching sessions, we believe it’s important that this is their space — a place where they can explore, relax and connect. Parents can enjoy some quiet time for themselves while we take care of the rest.

3. What language is the session in?

The Kids Yoga sessions are mainly in Dutch, but the teacher speaks English fluently, so all children can easily follow along.

4. What are the costs?

€39.50 per child (includes use of yoga mat and props)

5. Can my child bring a friend?

Absolutely. It’s lovely when children join with a friend. Just make sure both children are registered in time, as spots are limited.
